- olive oil (40 ml).

Cooking process:

Now you need to rinse the cabbage and clean it from spoiled leaves, very thinly chop and intensively rinse with your hands, send it to the salad bowl, then clean the onions of the husk and chop it fine.
Put the chopped onions to the salad bowl and add parsley, then rinse the cucumbers and chop them with cubes, add to the rest of the components, mix gently.
Cut the fruits of the Bulgarian pepper into the halves, peel them from the cores, remove the stalks, then chop into small cubes, transfer to the salad bowl.
As for cherry tomatoes, they must be cut into small pieces or simply cut into halves, add to the rest of the components. You can use ordinary tomatoes for salad, in which case it is recommended to cut them with small slices.
Cross the suluguni or cut this cheese in small cubes, transfer it to the same dishes, taste salt, pour olive or some other vegetable oil, gently mix the vitamin salad of tomatoes.
